About The Pixel Report

Liz Rosenthal, CEO and Founder of Power to the Pixel and it’s talents London team bring you The Pixel Report.

We’ve decided to launch this website as a major new resource for anyone interested in cross-media developments and digital change in film and other creative industries. Our aim is to bring together the knowledge and expertise of some of the world’s leading experts, film makers and cross-media storytellers.

Working alongside media consultant and journalist Michael Gubbins as contributing editor, and Power to the Pixel’s Marketing and Communications Manager, Hannah Blatch, the website builds on our extensive experience working in the cross-media domain. Power to the Pixel is renowned for its work in international consultancy as well as devising and running training programmes and groundbreaking events.

The Pixel Report is intended to be a centre for following the critical changes in technology, digital business and audience engagement.  There are three core areas within the website:

Project-focused case studies of pioneering cross-media projects from around the world that span film, TV, online, gaming, publishing and live/real-life events.

A second section is devoted to the tools and services which are enabling change. We will build up this section into a library as those engaged in cross-media work uncover – or develop – new ways of working.

Our special reports section will bring together essential reading for those wishing to delve more deeply into what cross-media change means. This section will include in-depth reports created by PttP.

We will also feature comment and analysis from our global network of friends and experts who are helping develop new ways for films and other stories to be created, financed and to reach audiences.
